ACME Tele Power's research & development activities, on which atleast 2% of our revenues are invested, are primarily carried out in a 0.25 acre facility, located at Manesar, Gurgaon, India. Well equipped laboratories at Manesar employ 80 personnel, out of which 65 were engineers as of September 30, 2007 qualified engineers and have in the last four years, churned out a range of innovative, passive infrastructure solutions for the wireless telecom industry. The solutions are targeted towards enhancing cooling and reducing power consumption at telecom transmission sites, helping telecom service providers to improve margin and reduce energy consumption.

ACME R&D has pioneered the 'Green Shelter' concept which has proved a boon for the telecom industry. The concept is a complete package to fit various environment and temperature parameter at telecom sites. This unique shelter comes with an optimal cooling, power and thermal management system, avoiding the running of backup systems like diesel generators.
